You must watch this short video of a Conveyor Belt Sushi restaurant I visited in South Florida!

These restaurants originated in Japan, but it became popular and the idea spread worldwide.

In 1958, Shiraishi Yoshiaki opened the first Conveyor Belt Sushi restaurant after seeing conveyor belts being used in the production of beer.

A conveyor belt restaurant works by sushi or any food rotating through the restaurant, the plates move past every table so anyone can pick up what they like.
