1 bag pizza dough

1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

½ cup warm water

½ cup tomato sauce

2 teaspoons pizza seasoning

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

½ cup diced pineapple

½ cup shredded mozzarella

2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

Method of Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine the pizza dough, grapeseed oil, and warm water.

Prepare the dough according to the package directions.

While the dough is resting, combine the tomato sauce and pizza seasoning, set aside.

In a separate bowl toss the shredded chicken with the teriyaki sauce; set aside.

Preheat grill to high.

Roll out your pizza dough to desired size.

Grease the grill and add your dough.

Close lid and grill for 2 minutes.

Pop any large bubbles; flip the pizza.

Spread the tomato sauce over the entire pizza.

Top with the chicken, pineapple, and mozzarella.

Reduce heat to medium, close grill, and cook until crust is crisp.

Remove pizza from grill and garnish with cilantro.
