2 pound pork loin

2 teaspoons scampi seasoning blend

2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 container white wine

1 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning blend

1/2 container substantial cream


Season pork loin with scampi blend.

Warm grapeseed oil and minced garlic in a profound 12-inch skillet over medium warmth.

Singe pork on all sides and expel from skillet.

Include the white wine, and utilize a spoon or spatula to rub the base of the container and discharge any dark colored bits adhered to the base.

Return pork to the skillet, cover, and stew over medium-low warmth for around 45 minutes or until totally cooked through: 145°F.
