We ONLY ship within the United States.

Michelle Valentine’s Shop warehouse and offices are located in Florida. Severe weather (such as hurricanes and tropical storms) may impact deliveries throughout the United States. Please plan accordingly for weather related delays in receiving your items.

Delivery time depends on shipping method and special order items. At this time, we do not offer express nor overnight delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. You will be notified by email regarding back-ordered items, sold out items, and expected delays.

Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via epacket delivery typically arrive within 25 days, but in most instances, earlier. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST may be processed on the following Monday.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Michelle Valentine’s Shop you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.

Email us at [email protected] In the subject line write, RETURN. In the message, please provide your NAME, ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN, AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Please also briefly tell us exactly why you are returning your item. We will reply within 48 hours with easy instructions for returning your item to us.

How long do I have to make a return?
Return items are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping a copy of your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Taking a photo of your shipping receipt is a good idea. Michelle Valentine’s Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Where do I send my return?
Please initiate the emailed return process. Once completed, you will be provided with our mailing address. You can also send your return through an insured traceable carrier to the same address.

The Return Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through or

FINAL SALES: Items marked as Clearance or Sale are final. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

For all the other items, to be eligible for a refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn and/or unused with tags and must be accompanied by a completed return form. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, unworn, without damage to the shoe box. DO NOT USE THE BRAND SHOE BOX as a shipping box. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection and may require photo proof.
