Where We Ship

We currently ship merchandise to addresses within the continental United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Exception: Original artwork by Michelle Valentine can be shipped internationally. Shipping charges will apply and vary by destination.


Shipping Rates for Most Products

  • FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (excluding original artwork)

  • Flat-rate shipping of $7.95 on orders under $75 (excluding original artwork)

These rates apply to most physical merchandise fulfilled through our U.S.-based print partners.


Original Artwork Shipping (Important)

Shipping for original artwork is not included in the purchase price and is billed separately after checkout.

  • Shipping costs for original paintings or framed pieces vary based on size, weight, packaging, and destination.

  • You will receive a follow-up email with a shipping invoice and delivery options.

  • Domestic and international shipping are available for original art.

  • Your order will not ship until the separate shipping charge is paid in full.

How Your Order Ships

Custom-Printed Products
Items such as canvas prints, mugs, greeting cards, and travel accessories are custom printed upon order and shipped directly from our U.S. print partners. These typically ship within 2 to 5 business days.

Original Artwork
All original artworks are shipped directly by Michelle Valentine from Florida. Shipping timeframes and carriers vary depending on the destination and artwork size. Insurance and signature confirmation are included with most shipments.

Digital Downloads
Instant products like coloring pages, travel printables, and recipes are delivered automatically via email after checkout—no shipping required.


Estimated Delivery Time (Physical Products)

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 5 to 7 business days after shipment

  • Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. ET may process on the next business day

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships


Tracking & Delivery Updates

All physical orders include a tracking number, sent to your email once shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Delays

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, or if refused by the recipient, any return shipping fees or restocking costs will be deducted from applicable refunds (if approved). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
