FREE standard shipping within the United States on order $25.00 and over!

Orders below $25.00 pay a flat $4.95 shipping charge.

We ONLY ship within the United States (not including Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico).

Delivery Time

Your order arrives in 5 – 7 business days once it has shipped. At this time, we do not offer express nor overnight delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. You will be notified by email regarding back-ordered items, sold out items, or expected delays. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST may be processed on the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Michelle Valentine’s Shop warehouse and offices are located in Florida, United States. Severe weather (such as hurricanes and tropical storms) may impact deliveries throughout the United States. Please plan accordingly for weather-related delays in receiving your items.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Michelle Valentine’s Shop you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping Packaging

Our products are shipped use several different types of packaging, selecting the most appropriate option based on the product type. Extra care is taken to ensure maximum protection of fragile products.

  • Clothing: High-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).
  • Shoes: Shoes will be packaged in a cardboard box with a plastic bag for extra protection of the product.
  • Accessories: Waterproof poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, such as face masks or socks. If required, padded mailer bags are used for extra protection.
  • Home & Living: High-quality poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, while cardboard boxes may be used for larger orders. Products that require extra protection will be shipped in padded mailers or cardboard boxes. Wall clocks are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes with bubble wrap surrounding the clock.
  • Mugs: Mugs will be packaged in durable polystyrene boxes or recyclable cardboard boxes with additional inserts for padding.
