Ingredients
3 cups cubed cornbread
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup low sodium vegetable broth
2 packages stuffing mix

Preparation
Preheat oven 350°Fahrenheit.
Grease foil on sheet pan.
Toast cornbread for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking time.
In a small pot, simmer the following ingredients: vegetable broth, butter, and stuffing mix.
Be sure to grease the slow cooker, all over, before you add ingredients.
Fill with toasted cornbread and stuffing mix. Cook on high for 3 hours.
