Ingredients
4 cucumbers, 10-12 inches long
1 medium red onion
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
Preparation
You will need 2 quart-sized canning jars with lids.
Thinly slice cucumbers and onion.
Stuff full jars with layers of cucumbers and onions.
In a sauce pan, boil water, vinegar, and honey.
Remove from heat.
Add grapeseed oil, garlic powder, and dried dill – stir together.
With an extra large plastic spoon, scoop most of liquid combination into each jar and then secure lids on the jars-shake jars.
Place in the fridge.
Marinate overnight.
