Feel Cool as a Cucumber with this Sandals Cooler Recipe

This refreshing Cucumber Cooler Sandals Recipe is perfect for the summer time. Enjoy this cocktail relaxing by the pool or on the beach!

Servings

2 ounces Appleton Genesis White Rum

1 ounce Appleton Special Gold Rum

1 1/2 ounces cucumber juice

1/2 ounce Sprite

1/4 ounce simple syrup

cucumber ribbon, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and shake until combined.

Pour into a highball glass over ice and garnish with cucumber ribbon.
