1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 container white wine
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning blend
1/2 container substantial cream
Preparation
Season pork loin with scampi blend.
Warm grapeseed oil and minced garlic in a profound 12-inch skillet over medium warmth.
Singe pork on all sides and expel from skillet.
