Ingredients

1-pound lean ground beef, turkey, chicken

1 tablespoon steak rub seasoning

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup regular or gluten free bread crumbs

1/4 cup salt free ketchup

 


Preparation

Preheat oven to 350¬įFahrenheit and line a sheet pan with greased foil. Mix all ingredients. Make meatballs using a rounded spoon. Cook about 13 minutes. Serve with extra ketchup.
