No. All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.
Items that arrive broken, torn, misprinted, or unusable due to a manufacturing or shipping issue. You must provide clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We currently ship merchandise only within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. However, original artwork can be shipped internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.
Yes—for all eligible U.S. merchandise (excluding original artwork), we offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95.
No. Original artwork is excluded from the free shipping offer. Due to the size, value, and packaging requirements of artwork, shipping is billed separately after purchase.
Shipping costs for original pieces vary depending on the size, packaging, insurance, and destination. After your purchase, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping. You may also request a quote in advance by emailing us at info@michellevalentine.tv.
For most products, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days after your item ships. Original artwork timelines may vary. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is en route.

Yes. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your physical order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Absolutely. All artwork shipments include tracking, and most are insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
Most smaller items can be delivered to PO Boxes. However, we cannot ship original artwork to PO Boxes due to size and carrier restrictions. A physical address is required.
If your order is undeliverable or refused, return shipping fees and any applicable restocking costs will be deducted from your refund (if approved). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
No account is required to place an order—but creating one lets you track orders, manage your Wishlist, and access downloads more easily.
