Return Policy for Michelle Valentine’s Shop

We take pride in offering unique, high-quality products—many of which are made-to-order, limited edition, or feature original art by Michelle Valentine. Because of the special nature of our shop, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email info@michellevalentine.tv with the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear description of the damage

  • Two or more clear photos of the item and its packaging

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund—at our discretion. All claims are subject to verification.


Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Digital downloads (printables, coloring pages, recipes, guides)

  • Gift cards

  • Beauty and wellness items

  • Personal care products

  • Original artwork or custom-made items

  • Travel bags and apparel (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Books, DVDs, CDs, or audio seminars

  • Greeting cards or stationery

  • Fan calls, virtual appointments, or consultations

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase


Shipping for Approved Returns

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for mailing the item back. Do not send any item without approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
