1. Entry and Deadline
All entries are automatically added to Michelle Valentine’s email newsletter subscriber list. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limited to one (1) entry per email address. Must be a legal U.S. resident age 18+ with a mailing address in one of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. All persons that enter the contest via this online form before Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 12:00 pm ET are eligible to win.

2. Drawing
The winner will be drawn on or around Tuesday, December 7, 2021. The winner will be randomly chosen using the random number generator at Random.org from all eligible entries received by Michelle Valentine Media, LLC, whose decisions in all matters relating to this giveaway are final. The potential winner will be notified by email provided. If winner does not respond to winning notice by email within 7 days, a new winner will be randomly chosen. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the release of his or her name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

3. Prize
One (1) individual winner will be awarded a Barmy weighted eye mask, valued at $30. The prize will be U.S. Postal Service shipped to the random winner, who will provide a viable mailing address within the United States. Michelle Valentine Media, LLC will cover shipping costs of prize to winner.

4. Limitation of Liability
Michelle Valentine Media, LLC is not responsible for typographical errors in any contest related materials; for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete; for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind; or for lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the contest.
