Ingredients
1 package whole wheat pizza dough, prepared according to package directions
1/4 cup no salt added tomato sauce
1 teaspoon pizza sauce seasoning
1/2 cup Italian cheese blend
1 pepperoni package
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll pizza dough out to desired shape and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Stir together tomato sauce and pizza sauce seasoning and spread over dough in an even layer. Top with cheese and layer pepperoni, bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley, black pepper, and crushed red pepper if desired.
