This Sweet & Sour Polish Kielbasa Skewers recipe is the perfect appetizer to make quickly or serve for dinner with a side of rice. This recipe is so tasty and simple to make, I do not know why I did not try to make skewers with kielbasa sooner!

1 (13 ounce) package turkey kielbasa, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces for skewers
1/2 red onion, cut into pieces for skewers
2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
1/4 cup sweet & sour sauce
Method of Preparation
Grease the BBQ grill grates.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
kielbasa, bell pepper, and red onion onto metal grilling skewers or wooden skewers (soaked in water to prevent burning).
Brush with grapeseed oil and grill on all sides for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are lightly charred and tender.
Remove from grill and brush with sweet & sour sauce.
