3 pounds red potatoes, cut into fourths
3 tablespoons spread
6 tablespoons acrid cream
1/2 teaspoon organic ghee butter
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon organic garlic and herb spice blend
Strategy for Preparation
