Smashed, mashed, whipped… who doesn’t love hot potatoes at a party?! Here’s a delicious, healthy recipe for Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes, using an organic spice blend. Enjoy!



Cook Time

3 hours


3 pounds red potatoes, cut into fourths

3 tablespoons spread

6 tablespoons acrid cream

1/2 teaspoon organic ghee butter

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon organic garlic and herb spice blend

Strategy for Preparation

Include potatoes, water, spread, and salt to a moderate slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

Crush potatoes with masher or fork, adding cream and garlic and herb blend.

Add green onion for more flavor.

Serve hot.
