Ingredients

24 wontons

1 tablespoon grape seed oil

8 ounces crab meat

2 tablespoons light mayo

2 tablespoons sweet and spicy chili sauce

1 teaspoon Sriracha

1/2 cup red bell pepper diced

1 cup shredded romaine (thinly sliced)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° degrees F.

Lightly brush the wonton with 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil.

Arrange in 24 mini muffin/cupcake pan.

Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

In a large bowl combine the crab, mayo, sweet and spicy chili sauce, and Sriracha until combined.

Fold in the red bell pepper and lettuce.

Divide among the cooled cups.
