I love the color pink! In high school, my nickname was “Pinky” because I always wore something pink every single day! It became a game to fellow students when I would arrive at school, they would rush towards me to locate something pink on me, then shout out what they discovered!
Which brings me, as an adult, to loving the color pink in cocktails! Cosmopolitans are always fabulous, but for something different, I love Pink Lemonade Mimosas! Here is a simple, tasty recipe for Pink Lemonade Mimosas to serve at your next “Girls Only” party!

Ingredients
4 tablespoons pink lemonade
1 ½ cups pink Moscato
1 lemon for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Divide pink lemonade among 4 glasses.
Top with champagne.
