When rolling into meatballs, the desired meat should be small to medium size. (It is easier place all of the rolled meatballs on a cookie sheet or a plate before you heat the skillet.)
When heated skillet is ready, cook onions until caramelized, then remove from skillet and place in small bowl.
When meatballs are ready position all of the meatballs in skillet.
Cook meatballs in skillet until they are completely caramelized.
In small bowl, blend in water and the stroganoff mix until they are completely mixed.
Blend in noodles and heat to the point of boiling, mixing a few times while cooking.
When sauce is bubbling, recede warmth to low, cover, and stew 9-11 minutes or until pasta is delicate.
Expel from warmth and reveal.
Let rest for 2-3 minutes; the sauce will thicken as it cools.
Add desired caramelized onions before or after you position the meal on the plate.
