Ingredients

1 pound flank steak

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 mango, diced

1 shallot, finely diced

1 jalapeño, minced

2 tablespoons cilantro

10 (6-inch) whole wheat or corn tortillas

1/2 cup sweet & spicy Thai chili sauce

Method of Preparation

Season beef with sea salt and pepper.

Grill to desired doneness, rest, and slice thin.

In a small bowl, combine mango, shallot, jalapeño, and cilantro to make a salsa.

Top each tortilla with beef, salsa, and sweet & spicy Thai chili sauce.
