This recipe is for all the chocolate lovers out there. If deep, rich chocolate desserts are your love language, this Spiced Dark Chocolate Cream Pie is calling your name. Silky, decadent, and just a little unexpected, it’s the kind of dessert that feels like a reward because honestly, you deserve it.
Dark chocolate takes center stage here, making this pie perfect for anyone who prefers a less-sweet, more intense chocolate flavor (or isn’t a fan of milk chocolate). A hint of allspice and cranberry jam adds warmth and subtle brightness, elevating the chocolate without overpowering it. The result is a luxuriously creamy filling nestled in a crisp crust; simple, elegant, and utterly satisfying.

Ingredients
1 pie crust
6 ounces dark chocolate
1 cup heavy cream, divided
1 tablespoon cranberry jam
1 teaspoon allspice
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the pie crust into a pie dish and use a fork to poke small holes across the bottom to prevent bubbling.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
While the crust cools, prepare the filling. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate, ¼ cup heavy cream, allspice, and cranberry jam. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each round, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Set aside.

Whip the remaining ¾ cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the chocolate mixture and beat until fully combined.
On low speed, gently fold in the whipped cream until the filling is light and uniform.
Transfer the filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top.
Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best texture and flavor.
Rich, spiced, and irresistibly creamy, this dark chocolate cream pie is the ultimate treat-yourself dessert! Perfect for special occasions or when only chocolate will do!
