Ingredients
1 pie crust
6 ounces dark chocolate
1 cup heavy cream, divided
1 tablespoon cranberry jam
1 teaspoon allspice
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F and place crust in a pie dish.
Using a fork, poke many small holes in the dough.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is cooked through and golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare filling. Microwave dark chocolate, 1/4 cup heavy cream, allspice, and cranberry jam for 30 second increments until chocolate is melted. Stir in between each round; set aside.
Whip remaining 3/4 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks; set aside.
In a stand mixer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add chocolate mixture and beat until completely combined.
On low speed, add in whipped cream until completely combined; transfer to prebaked crust.
Chill for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
